Club Manager HIT BLN Mitte | B.A. Fitness Economics
With extensive experience in judo and a focus on strength training, along with a degree in Fitness Economics, I am a part of the HIT BLN Personal Trainer team. As the Club Manager of HIT BLN Mitte, it is my responsibility to actively shape the team and the club. I am dedicated to creating an inspiring and motivating environment where our clients can achieve their fitness goals. My focus is on ensuring smooth and efficient club management, so that every visitor feels comfortable and well taken care of.
Sports has played a significant role in my life for as long as I can remember. I began practicing the Japanese martial art of Judo at the age of seven, and I continue to be passionately involved in it to this day. I have progressed to the level of 1st Dan black belt and have participated in over 400 competitions. Judo has not only given me physical strength but has also instilled discipline and mental endurance.
In recent years, alongside Judo, strength training has taken a prominent place in my life. I recognized the importance of strength training in developing muscle strength, posture, and overall fitness. Through my own training and experimentation with various methods, I have been able to expand my knowledge and understanding of effective strength training.
As a member of the HIT BLN Personal Trainer team since September 2018, I have the opportunity to share my passion for sports and fitness with others. With a degree in Fitness Economics that I completed in February 2022, along with various acquired trainer certifications, I have acquired a solid foundation of expertise. Additionally, in March 2022, I was entrusted with the position of Club Manager of HIT BLN Mitte, which allows me to actively contribute to shaping the team and the club.
My extensive experience in Judo, strength training, and my education in Fitness Economics enable me to provide holistic guidance to my clients. I strive to create individualized training plans tailored to the needs and goals of my clients. I place great emphasis on proper exercise execution to prevent injuries and achieve optimal results.
Sport is not just a profession for me; it is a way of life. I take pride in being part of the HIT BLN Personal Trainer team and being able to share my enthusiasm for fitness and training with others every day. My mission is to support my clients on their journey to a healthy, strong, and balanced life. Let's work together to achieve your goals and bring out the best in you.
Helping my clients reduce and manage stress is particularly close to my heart. I understand from personal experience how important it is to find healthy ways to cope with and minimize the effects of stress on the body and mind. Therefore, stress management is a central component of my coaching, and I focus on developing individual strategies to help my clients effectively combat stress. Together, we work towards achieving a balanced and stress-free life.
