BODY ANALYSIS
Our check-up usually starts with a bioimpedance analysis of the body. With the help of electrical impulses, various measurement data are collected, such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, biological age, body water percentage and visceral fat. We also measure important body sizes and evaluate them.
CONSULTATION
Together we will evaluate your current status in a personal conversation. In addition to the body analysis, this also includes the daily range of motion, sleep behavior, dealing with stress, your eating behavior and other habits. Anything can have an impact on weight change and quality of life.
